Full Adder

A full adder is basically a digital circuit that performs addition.A full adder adds three one-bit binary numbers. Where one operands and carry bits. The adder outputs two numbers (0,1) a sum and carry bits. A full adder takes two binary numbers and or overflow bits. The outputs are sums and another carry bit. Full adders are made from AND,XOR, and OR gates
